Step 1: Go to the LegalZoom website by typing into your web browser.

On the LegalZoom homepage, click on the "Start my LLC" button. This will take you to the LLC formation page.
Step 3: Choose your state
Select the state in which you want to form your LLC. LegalZoom provides services for all 50 states.
Step 4: Provide basic information
Input the basic information required to form your LLC, such as the name of your business, the purpose of your LLC, and your contact information. Review the information for accuracy.
Step 5: Choose your package
LegalZoom offers different packages with varying services and prices. Select the package that best suits your needs and budget.
Step 6: Add additional services (optional)
You may choose to add any additional services that LegalZoom offers, such as obtaining an Employer Identification Number (EIN) or registering for state taxes. These services are optional and can be selected based on your specific requirements.
Step 7: Review and confirm your order
Carefully review all the information you have provided and the services you have selected. Ensure that everything is accurate and complete. Once you are satisfied, proceed to the next step.
Step 8: Create a LegalZoom account
If you don't already have a LegalZoom account, you will need to create one. Provide your email address and create a password to set up your account.
Step 9: Make payment
Enter your payment information to complete your order. LegalZoom accepts various payment methods, including credit cards and PayPal.
Step 10: Complete the necessary paperwork
After payment, LegalZoom will provide you with the necessary paperwork for your LLC formation. You will need to review, sign, and submit these documents to LegalZoom as instructed.
Step 11: Track your progress
LegalZoom will keep you updated on the progress of your LLC formation. You can track the status of your order through your LegalZoom account.
Step 12: Receive your LLC documents
Once your LLC formation is complete, LegalZoom will send you the final documents, including your LLC certificate and any additional services you have requested.
