Appealing a Review
Reviews are crucial to the success and credibility of your Amazon business. Reviews not only increase your chances of getting the "buy box", but they also improve your reputation. Maintaining a high Seller Central rating is important.
It's common to receive lower ratings, like a 2-star review. We'll discuss strategies to appeal such reviews in the next section of this guide and maintain a strong seller profile
To initiate an appeal for a review on your Amazon seller account, follow these steps:
Navigate to the 'Performance' tab and then select 'Feedback Manager.'
Once there, identify the review you wish to contest and click on 'Choose one,' followed by 'Appeal.'
In some instances, you might see a 'Denied' response when you attempt to appeal. If this occurs, you should receive a case number. Use this number to add further comments or information, aiding the claims team in reevaluating your appeal.
It's important to remember that not every review is eligible for appeal. However, it's advisable to attempt an appeal for those that are, to maintain the integrity and reputation of your Amazon business.
