The first ungate I recommend is the Grocery & Gourmet ungate:

Make an account on making sure your name, address, and email is the same on your amazon seller central.
Then buy 10 14oz heinz ketchup bottles ,
Here is the asin (B0005YKO8E) on amazon for the same bottle of ketchup. Click on the "Add a Product" button in the top left of your Amazon Seller Central Home page:
Then paste that asin into the text box it presents:
Then click the "Apply to Sell" on the far right, selecting "Condition: New" and upload your invoice when the items deliver to your address.
The invoice will be in the box that Webstaurant sends you with the product. if it is not then go to the Webstaurant website and go to the account page, and it should be able to download from your orders.
Then take a picture of the of the 10 Ketchup bottles, and then 1 clear picture of the front of a bottle and one clear picture of the back of a bottle. Then upload those pictures in the second "file upload" box where it says to add images of the product.
Finally submit the application and wait for a response from Amazon. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
